With the victory, Oxnard moves one step closer to a state championship berth and will host either defending state champion Cuyamaca College or Los Angeles City College on Saturday, November 29 at 1:00 PM in the Condors Nest.
Yarjah Delivers Early, Condors Defense Shuts the Door
Oxnard struck early and never looked back. In the 4th minute, Emmanuel Yarjah found the back of the net off a perfectly timed assist from Ernesto Rodriguez, giving the Condors a 1–0 lead that would hold for the remaining 84 minutes.
A Statement Win Over a Storied Program
Mt. SAC, a traditional national contender and one of the most decorated programs in community college soccer, was unable to break through Oxnard's organized defensive structure. The Condors' discipline, tactical execution, and composure secured one of the program's most significant postseason victories in recent years.

Oxnard will now turn its attention to Cuyamaca or LACC, who face off later today. Cuyamaca enters the postseason as the reigning state champions, while L.A. City brings one of the most improved squads in the region.
