Softball is coming together at the right time
The Condors put eight runs on the scoreboard at Santa Monica College on Tuesday afternoon to keep SMCC out of the win column. The 11-2 win in five innings was Oxnard's fourth in a row, to put OC at a healthy 6-2 on the season.
Miranda Guerrero, Victoria Valadez, Mia Aguilera, Brianna Lopez, and Katlyn Acosta all had two hits each, in the balanced attack in Los Angeles.
Kayla Kern and Tori Valadez combined to hold the Corsairs to two runs on five hits.
OC will travel to the annual Mt. San Jacinto Tourney to take on the hosts at 12:00 on Saturday, and Imperial Valley in a 2:30 game.
